Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I have to be home for service? No you are not required to be home while services are being preformed. If you keep your gate locked we will need you to remove the lock before we arrive, we will send you a text message to notify you when we are on our way to your home. Failure to ensure the gate to the yard is unlocked will result in services not being preformed and you will still be charged for that visit.

  2. Can my dog(s) be in the yard while you are cleaning? We love dogs but for safety reasons such as your dog(s) being prone to bolting out of the gate or if your dog is territorial, fearful or unfriendly with strangers, we ask that you keep your dog(s) indoor while we are cleaning for the safety of your dog(s) and Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers. If your dog is an outdoor dog we ask that you keep your dog confined to an area we will not need to go into while services are being performed. We will send you a text message to notify you when we are on our way to your home. If you are not home and the pet is outdoors we will not perform services and you will still be charged for the visit.

  3. What is the process  for pet waste removal services? We will send you a text message to notify you when we are on our way to your home. We will scoop up and bag pet waste, if we are disposing of the waste in your trash bin or preferred designated area we will double bag the waste before disposing. Before we leave we will shut the gate, ensure it latches, and send you a photo of the latched gate.

  4. Will services still be performed in all types of weather? We will still complete services during light rainfall. For more severe weather such as heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, dust storms, excessive heat and high winds we will cancel. You will not be charged if we have to cancel due to severe weather.

  5. Do you disinfect your equipment? Yes, we disinfect our equipment after every completed service and also have disposable booties to wear over our shoes to prevent the spread of potential parasites, bacteria, or viruses.
