           Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers

                       Terms of Service 

​

  1. PAYMENT Payment is due the day of service. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or cash.

  2. SERVICE TIMES We will give the client an approximate time frame and we will send the client a text message to notify the client when we are on the way. We can’t guarantee specific times due to events that are out of our control such as traffic, accidents, or severe weather.

  3. DOGS IN THE YARD For the safety of Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers and the client’s pet(s) we ask that the client keeps pet(s) indoor while pet waste services are being performed especially if the pet is prone to trying to escape, bolt out of the gate or if the pet(s) is fearful or unfriendly with strangers. Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers will send a text message to the client to notify the client that they are on their way to the client’s home. If the pet(s) is in the yard upon arrival services will not start until the pet(s) is indoor, if the client isn’t home to let the pet(s) indoor Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers will not perform services and the client will still be charged for the visit due to failure of ensuring the pet(s) is indoor.

  4. YARD ACCESS The client is responsible for providing Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers with access to their yard free of obstructions such as gate locks, lawn furniture, lawn equipment, and debris. Failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers will send a text message to the client to notify the client that they are on their way to the client’s home. If the client isn’t home and the gate is locked upon arrival Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers will not be able to perform services and the client will still be charged for the visit due to the client’s negligence in providing unobstructed yard access.

  5. YARD MAINTENANCE It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a yard free of debris, overgrown grass or weeds, or other obstructions such as lawn furniture or lawn equipment that may prevent Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers from performing their duties in an effective manner. Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers is not responsible for any missed pet waste or obligated to refund or credit the client if such conditions exist.

  6. CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS The client is responsible for notifying Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers of any contagious illness such as parasites and viruses your pet(s) is currently or has been treated for such as fleas, intestinal worms, Giardia, parvovirus, distemper, and kennel cough.

  7.  INJURY It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a safe environment for Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers to perform their services.  It is the client’s responsibility responsibility to remove any hazards including but not limited to aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials, and any other potentially harmful objects from the yard prior to service and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed.  The client is responsible of covering all costs involved with any injury caused to Super Dooper Pooper Scoopers due to the client’s negligence with removing any hazards prior to services.

 

 

Terms of Service are subject to change at Super Dooper Pooper Scooper’s discretion.
